We are happy to announce that Springer is publishing the ICQE19 proceedings, which means that both Long and Short Papers presented at ICQE will count towards publication totals at many universities. Submissions accepted as Long Papers or Short Papers will be included in the Springer proceedings. Posters will be published in a conference supplement that will be available online and citable.
Unfortunately, Springer’s format for conference proceedings is different than what was in the original call for proposals, including both changes in the layout and in the length requirements. We recognize that reformatting your paper and potentially adding or removing material is inconvenient, but the ICQE2019 Program Committee felt that the tradeoff was worthwhile.
- Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers.
- In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.
- Save your submission as both a Microsoft Word DOC file and as a PDF file. Upload both the DOC file and the PDF file in the conference system at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icqe2019. You must upload a final version of your submission in both DOC and PDF formats.
- Your camera-ready final version is due on July 26, 2019 11:59pm PST (GMT-8).
